Here are some photos from the Esterita Austin's (see esteritaaustin.com) Five-Day "Portraiture - with a twist" Class at the Empty Spools Seminars in Asilomar, California, March 25 - 30th (the Sunday through Friday group) of 2012. It was a fabulous class! I have included some photos of Esterita’s choice of mottled hand dyed fabrics -(created by Carlene Keller- email carlenekeller@mac.com) - and a fabric portrait of her daughter that she brought into class as a sample. I also included some photos of student work, the beautiful grounds, the great food, and some new friends!
