This was my first fabric portrait using truly unconventional fabric(s). It was a lot of fun! And I was happy with the result - despite the fact that she looks very serious.
Below are various extreme close up photographs to show how her face was developed from these odd and bright fabrics. Since a couple of the fabrics were called "La Bamba" - I call her "La Bamba" Jane.
